The majority of DJs don’t consider communication and coordination with other wedding vendors, and it makes a huge difference in how smoothly the day of the wedding goes. Bilo Event DJs make it a point to check in beforehand with photographers, videographers, caterers, and wedding coordinators to ensure they’re ready to go.
Bilo Events DJs are well-equipped and are trained to solve any technical issues. Our DJs have adapted through blackouts and weather changes and always bring backup equipment. We have one goal in mind and it’s to ensure your wedding is a success!
We all know that people don’t show up on time, so it’s common for the timeline to get shifted the day of the wedding. We’re well aware of this and are extremely flexible with any sort of change. We work closely with your wedding coordinator to make sure your wedding has a proper flow amidst last minute changes.
